On 11/28/11, I brought a suit in to be cleaned. I picked the suit up on 12/3, and it was damaged with black stains and spots. I had it re-cleaned and picked up again on 12/10. It now has different damage spots on underarms, and still dingy. I did not go back yet, but the item is now damaged. I would like to have a refund for the suit.

I brought in a couple of sweaters and other garments to be cleaned. They looked at my skirt and a sweater top. They refused to take it because the machine might damage it. I took those items back. I kept forgetting about picking up my clothes, so I told my mother to do it. My mom went to the shop and she talked to a lady, who I later discovered that she was the owner. My mom didn't pick up the clothes because there was a big hole in the sweater. My mother told me to get my dry cleaning and what she had to deal with.
The owner showed me my sweater on a hanger. It had a major hole on the back left shoulder area which was approximately 2-3 inches in diameter. She said that the garment was never cleaned and it was like that when it was received. Ironically, how could someone miss a hole with that size. I asked her why I was informed about this earlier. She stated that she had over 500 customers and it would be impossible task to do.
She took my driver license down and made me initial the receipt. It seem like I had to do it or I wouldn't get the rest of my clothes back. She gave a refund for one sweater. I didn't want to deal with her anymore, so I took the rest of my clothes and left.I left without the damaged sweater.
