I had taken a Jersey to this cleaners about 5 months ago and when I went to get it back it was messed up. The front letters on the jersey which was originaly white was now pink. They said that I brought it in like that. This is the first time I had had a problem getting this cleaned.
In a response that the owner made to the BBB he says "I was told that the dye would not move and the firm followed the label directions for the cleaning proccess." I was never told that when I dropped it off. The next day I went to pick it up they told me that it was not ready and to come again the following day. I went back the next day and they told me the same and to come back. When I went back to pick it up and took it home I noticed that the letters were pink. I took it back to the cleaners and they said to leave it and they will try and fix it. When I go back to get it they say I brought it in like that.
