I dropped off 10 items on March 13, 2003. On March 17, I went to pick up the 10 items and the owner could not find ANY of the 10 items. He said to come back on March 19 to see if he had found them. I returned that day and he had not located the items, none of them. He continued to let me look on the rotating racks to see if any clothes looked familiar. He had another employee checking the numbers on the racks to see if he had missed them, again.
I called the next day and he told me he was sure that my husband had picked them up on March 17 at 10:30 am and I needed to look in my closet. My husband was working all day and nonetheless, doesn't even know what cleaners I use! I told the owner that he had 2 weeks from March 17 to locate the clothes or pay me to replace them. I am on my way to the courts, it seems!

I lost $440 worth of clothes!
