I have given my business to this Dry Cleaners for 14 years. I have never complained. On around June 9th, I picked up my dry cleaning, and discovered that two of my dresses were stretched beyond belief. I was unable to wear them, and one of the dresses was ruined. The owner refused to speak with me, and the owner's daughter advised me to get lost because they were not going to compensate me for my ruined dresses.
I was told my the owners' daughter that the dress did looked ruined, but then changed the next day, accusing me of damages my favorite dress. The owner she says will will not pay or talk to you.Another dry cleaning service verified that the damage on one of the dresses was indeed beyond repair. The result was from the top part of the dress being pressed, which because of the material should only have been dry cleaned only.
