I left a baseball cap to be dry cleaned. It didn't look like it had been cleaned at all so I took it back to be done again. When I picked it up the second time it was completely damaged. I complained to the owner and he was of no help. He said that this is "what happens" when you dry clean a cap. I asked for his business license but he refused to give it to me. He said for me to go to the city hall to get it. It also was not posted anywhere in the store.

Damage Resulting: Baseball cap is shrunk, the stitching has come undone, and it is all wrinkled.
