DVD Graduation

Beverly Hills, CA

Consumer Complaints & Reviews

In May 2009 we purchased a commemorative DVD of the graduation ceremony of Golden Gate University, San Francisco. The credit card was debited but we never received the DVD.

In May 2009, DVD Graduation set up a booth during my daughter's graduation ceremony at UC Berkley. They were selling a DVD of the graduation for $43.63. I gave them my credit card number, they charged by credit card, but I never received the DVD.

The cost of the DVD and distress from the disappointment of not receiving a video memento of my daughter's graduation. It was an important once-in-a-lifetime event.

They came to my son's campus and took our credit card numbers/checks and we filled out a form to receive a DVD of the Azusa Pacific Graduation in June 2009. When the DVD was to arrive as promised, an email went out to say it was delayed. Months later, no DVD and their phone number have a busy signal at all times no matter when you call. Their website is up still and probably still ripping people off. I'm going to send a letter to as many universities telling them to not let them on campus.

We didn't get the precious tape of our son's graduation because we thought we had paid someone to record it. Also, we lost around $50. You can see several other people have listed a complaint as well. I can't find their address as a good one on Google maps.

I ordered and paid $43.63 for a DVD of the 2009 Engineering Graduation at UC Berkeley and never received the DVD.I can't find a phone number and the website says it's no longer active. It looks like it must be a fraud judging from the other letters on your site from our college graduations.

Purchased a DVD for my husband's graduation on 6-10-2009 at $1706 and still haven't received the DVD and it's been seven months already. I have the receipt and a paper to place the order on. This is a one time event. If I knew your company was a scam, I would have tape it myself but I trusted you guys. This tape means a lot to me and my husband. It's an accomplishment that would have to be shared with my kids and family. So I want my DVD.

orders is the only address i have. i ordered and paid for a college graduation dvd from alliant university graduation may 2009, and never received the dvd. this can never be replaced. this was my only daughter's college graduation - the first person in our family to graduate college. we paid for this, and the company refuses to forward our copy.

I purchased a DVD for graduation on March 11, 2009, paid $37.88 with debit card. The graduation was in May 23, 2009 and the DVD was suppopse to be delivered in August of 2009. They emailed me saying it would be sent in September 09. I have made several calls and they only have a answering service no calls are return. I try emailing from the emails, I had received regarding the status and nothing. I try calling today and the number is busy. I just feel that is somet type of fraud scam to advertise something and the item was never received.
