I ordered a set of home school curriculum books for my son on 8/6/2009. To date, I still have not received the product. They will not accept anymore calls from me. I had to purchase new set of books from another company. They got my $165.00 and I did not receive the product, just a run around. Please help me. Thank You.

I ordered this curriculum in January and paid on a Credit Card and have not received my order. I tried to dispute it but the company told the credit card it was downloaded to me. Which it wasn't. I paid $130 for rush delivery for USPS. I have emailed and called but company will not return my calls or emails. Help!

My order still has not been received after 10 weeks. The invoice stated that it could take up to 2-4 weeks for order to be received. After multiple emails and calls, this company threatened me that if I chose to stop payment or dispute this charge with my credit card company, that they would charge me a $40 chargeback fee and report me to a company called Chargeback Protection and that I would never be able to do business with anyone online again. This is the poorest customer service I had ever received from a company. They have my $89 for books. I've never received them and they are saying they will charge me $40 if I dispute this charge with my credit card company.

I placed an order with this company 5-01-09 for 2 complete curriculum packages for the total amount of $1.302.56. I only received half of each of the 2 curriculum sets in 1 shipment. On the invoice that came with the 1 shipment said Multiple shipments of 2 and should receive the second shipment by 6-26-09. That shipment never arrived. I called the day that I had received the first shipment because the whole shipment was not there and because some of the items in the first shipment was damaged. I was told that they would send me return packages to return the damaged products and never received those to be able to return them. I called so many times about the second shipment and was told that I received both shipments that they had signature of me sign for these packages. (which they can only show proof for the signature of the first package only.)
I was out of $657.88 since I didn't get all of my order. I have since went through my credit card company and disputed this, but because they mishandled the case this company still got the full $1,302.56 and I also got my money back because it was the credit card companies fault that they did not file the complaint correctly. The credit card company told me that if the case would have been handled correctly we would have one the case without a doubt. I am filing this complaint to warn others of this company and hopefully put a stop to this company from robbing people of their hard earn money. This company was very rude and lied the whole time. After calling them so many times about my order being damaged and not all there they blocked me from calling them and had to get my credit card company to call them and connecting me to them and boy, let me tell you Marcy was so shocked when I told her my name.
She then stated that I had received all of my order and that she had never spoken to me and in order for me to get a full refund I would have to return the full order (which I did not have and she knew that) because that is their policy. This company does this because they have been getting away with this. Everyone at this company is rude and not willing to help you any kind of way. They will keep putting you off and not talking to you because they have your money.

I ordered a 7th grade full year bacis package i received it on 9/9/09 and i returned it on 9/11/09 i did everthing they requsted of me i sented the package back unopen and wiht a RMA#-- thay received it on 9/16/09 and it has been over 7 weeks and i still haven't received a refund i have e-mail and called a nember of times and no one will get back we me they gave me 14 days to return or no refund but it's been over 7 weeks and no refund i hope you can help thank you
