We are a business responding to a post by Shemekka on 02/24/10. We are located out of Tampa, FL. So, I first would like to make sure it's our academy that this consumer is referring to. If so, I would love to get to the bottom of what happened. As a family owned and operated business for 50 years, this is a very serious complaint. We are here to help and find out what has happened to this consumer.

This school applied for and used student loans under my social security number, using a false student name. I am unable to apply for student loans in my name and as a result, unable to continue my college education.
