My 4 year old daughter was wrongfully expelled from school. The owner of the school became angry with me because I had made several complaints about the lice infestation at school which lasted nearly 3 months. She became "livid" when I told her that the situation had been handled poorly and, in turn, decided to expel my daughter from school. She disguised her anger by falsely accusing my daughter of being an unmanageable child with serious behavioral problems. Her primary teacher told me she did not agree with the owner regarding my daughter's alleged behavioral issues.

According to the school policy, 3 incident reports must be sent home and a meeting must be called between the owner and director of the school before deciding whether a student should be removed from the school. I never received ONE SINGLE incident report regarding my daughter's behavior nor was I ever called in for a meeting to discuss her possible removal from school. In fact, for the past year and a half, the staff at the school have told me that my daughter has been constantly improving.
