In the months of July and August 2009 I paid Connections of New York, Inc. $20,000 in advance before receiving any sort of product in amounts of $10,000 a month each to recruit and hire a Web developer named Edward H. I hired Edward to develop some web applications and make improvements on a website I own.

For the $20,000 I got nothing, nothing was completed, nothing was received, and as a customer I am not satisfied. They misrepresented the guy who they sold to me, saying that he was the best consultant for the job, and such. They had no empathy after taking my money, did not feel for me as a customer, and did not want to refund my money after I was an unsatisfied customer.

Out of the tasks, only 1 out of 15 tasks were claimed to be completed, and I was not happy with any of the work, and they did not provide anything they claimed to have completed. Both the consultant and Connections of New York were forceful about making me sign time sheets, and they were not fair when I told them I wanted my money back and was not satisfied with their work.
