Unfortunately, I didn't research this website enough before shelling out $49.99 for the combination Job Seeker/Resume Blast option. Don't bother!
I needed to request a new password each time I tried to log into my account. The only correspondence is via email, which takes a day to get a response. No one will answer their phone number (727-569-0564), which isn't surprising since the website indicates email as the preferred method of communication.
Avoid this website like swine flu.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE! Not only is the site completely a nightmare to navigate (you have to relog in each time to see the next job listing which was evident in the trial screen...but I thought with a paid subscription this would improve. wrong!)
The only way to contact them is through an e-mail form which immediately gives you a "file not found" error message. There is no phone number or address listed anywhere on the site. They have a no cancellation policy which is not clearly stated or visible when you are signing up. When I called my credit card company to cancel after one days use. They had double billed me for the $29.99 sign up fee!
They are a fraudulent site! Don't fall for this...there are lots of other ways to search. I had to cancel my card and wait to have a new one re-issued and sent to me as it was the only option to prevent further potential damages as they had my debit card number...I'll never do that again!
