Renu and Amo's Complete Moisture Plus contact solution recall, cleaner, solution, drops, and saline. I was a patient at the Greenwood Eye Clinics and they were still giving the patient these solution to use as part of their eye treatment if you were a contact lens wearer. I had redness, tearing, eye pain, blurred vision, sensitivity to light, discharge, scratching or tearing of the cornea. I was diagnosed with night blindness in one eye and glaucoma. The physical damage this solution has caused me is sensitivity to light, discharge, fungal infection, scratching or tearing of the cornea, nigh blindness in one eye and glaucoma.

I have been using the complete solution and have had several eye infections while using this solution snd since November, which I had my last eye infection, stopped using this saline finally cleared up my eyes and now after going back to contact lenses and using this product. I have another eye infection my eye doctor now has me on a prescription antibiotic for my eye infection. My vision is blurred so bad from this product and I will not use this again. I do take care of my lenses and take them out smf use the two week disposable lenses so this should not be happening. I did notice that after cleaning and soaking and putting them in the next day they felt slimmy so I rinsed them out again only to realize that after using this product for a while it is the cause of my recurrent eye infections.

Daily use of this product has led to red ichy eyes, dryness, discharge everyday, sensitivity, and inability to wear my lenses for long periods of time.
Using this product has caused eye infections and blurry vision. My vision has progessive gotten worse. I am not wearing contacts any longer per my opthamologist instructions. This has been very upsetting to me.
I'm still under my doctors care and waiting to see if my vision improves over the next 3 weeks. It has cost me money, time and not knowing what is going to happen.
I have been using this contact lens brand since last year. Just heard about the recall from the CDC today, (5/27/2007). Since last fall, I have had reoccurring, (1/2 dozen times or more) on & off infections of my upper and lower eyelids of both eyes - red, swelling, itching, pain, feeling of a rock in your eye, extreme sensitivity to light (bad enough to wear an eye patch). My last eye problem lasted about a week (5/19/07).
