After finally seeing what they blotted out by holding it up to a light, it would cost a couple of thousand to cancel) They even stole $300 off of my credit card (that I will never see again) and if you now try to call you will only get an answering machine.
Consumer Complaints & Reviews

Comporium, my local phone company, has begun charging 7 cents a minute for calls in my area code that are more than 40 miles from their office. This is more than twice what I pay for long distance. The problem is, they have a monopoly. I cannot get any other phone service at my home - not cell, internet, wireless - nothing. I thought Phone company monopolies were being dissolved. Is this legal and what options do I have?
My husband works in Hendersonville, 52 miles away, because there are no jobs here in Brevard. These exorbitant "local" charges cost us over $38 last month. I cannot even afford to call my husband at work if I need to!

I have overdraft protection with 1st United Services Credit Union. I recently used my ATM card and wrote checks not knowing I needed to transfer money from my savings to my checking account. I went online to check my account. I discovered they charged me $25.00 for each transaction which totaled $250.00. 1st United Services Credit Union should not let the charges go through. By not authorizing the transaction. I would have known to transfer money from my savings to my checking account. I am truly disgusted by 1st United Services Credit Union business practices. I don't feel I have been treated as a valued customer.
