I am currently delinquent on my personal loan with Bayport Credit Union. Ms. Peterson has called my immediate supervisor, Dr. Jim H. twice and leaving message on his phone to have me contact her. I've spoken with ms. Peterson about calling my boss and my job and she continues to call me. I've given her my home number contact information, but she insists on embarrassing me, which could be cause for me to loss my employment. I did inform her that I will be filing Chapter 13 with a bankruptcy attorney within the next few weeks. Hopefully, she will take heed and stop harassing me at work.
