Brian Bell was a financial advisor for myself and my husband for the past three years. Over the last year my husband and I have been going through a divorce and Brian was instructed not to trade on the account. He has continued to trade on the account and there is nothing I can do because I can't get my 55% share or fire him becasue the divorce. Brian makes money each time he trades. This account was mine before the divorce and my husband was added when we were married. Brian has made my husband primary on the account and keeps changing the address to my husband instead of leaving it as mine as is has been for the past year.
