In 2006 3 accounts I held with my children disappeared. I later found out in violation of court order my ex husband had closed them. I have requested from that day a copy of the closing signitures and have still been refused. Due to the Credit Unions actions making false statements regarding my accounts in writing to my exhusband. The money was put in my exhusbands name in their bank needing of course my signiture to access.

When I called and spoke to Bruce H after my son had turned 18 about how he was to get access to his stolden money. Mr. H proceeded to tell me if i contacted the cahp again its harassment and I have no buiness there. I was in fact needed to access the stolden money and still am. I am asking 3 things under what law were my accounts closed, (i was the only signiture on the accounts), am I still needed to access the rest of the funds, and I would like to make a complaint against the CAHP for threatening that i wasnt allowed contact and their humilating actions which I believe that they had no right under privacy laws to discuss my accounts with a party specifically not listed on the accounts.
