I have automatic entries posting, that are due to be withdrawn the same day as the deposit, except that these entries post overnight, or before the credit union is opened (during nonworking working hours). As result, these entries got rejected, and an overdraft is applied. The deposit is processed when the branch opens. The rejected entries sit in suspense, at least til noon, and can be re-inputted, however, they won't, unless the customer calls. They will do it, but refuse to reverse the overdraft fee. The fees are high, and charged per entry, not per batch. The system can be changed to allow rejected entries to sit in suspense, and re-processed automatically anytime before noon, without having to charge the customer. That is feasible, and they know it, however, what this CU is doing, is a scheme to make profits at the expense of the customer, yet customers supposedly are members.
Consumer Complaints & Reviews

Took out a car loan in July 2006. My statements from the credit union only sent every three months. I called to ask for monthly statements and was denied. Furthermore, when I deployed to Iraq I asked to have my rate lowered per the Soldier's Sailor's Relief Act and I was put through the ringer. I had to pursue the credit union through phone, fax and email until they finally acknowledged me.
When I returned home from overseas, I changed my address. I contacted the credit union to inform them that I had not received any statements while I was away and that I needed to change my address. The telephone operator(s) continually asked me to come by a branch and fix the problem. Unfortunately, I live in Costa Mesa and not in San Diego or Murrietta/Temecula. I am unable to make the trip to change my address in person. I've sent three letters requesting the change of address but they continually deny receiving my requests.
Today, I spoke with a representative named Angela and she was short and rude with me about the address change over the phone. She stated that the Credit Union policy does not allow changes of addresses over the phone due to security reasons. What I don't understand is that she was willing to discuss all aspects of my loan details without any hesitation yet I am unable to change my address.
Overall, this credit union is poorly managed and continues to "lose" customer mail. I requested a complaint number for the credit union and was told by Angela that the credit union accepts "feedback" through their operators. Therefore, I had to log a complaint through the lady I was having difficulty on the phone with to begin with? Very frustrating bank to work with. So much for supporting the troops!

Bank charged excessive overdraft fees for items I purchased and they delayed my pending deposit which would have covered the items. I transferred money from my etrade account account to Cal Coast Checking and it was to go in the 9th. Cal Coast held it up until the 13th and charged me 8 $35 fees and when I called to resolve the customer service was very rude and wouldn't transfer me to manager and wouldn't give me her name. Over $300 in fees this month. Over $400 fees last month. They treat you like trash when you call in to question it

I had my credit pulled again and they were still reporting the negitive marks. I called and asked about the account and they were absolutly rude to me. Even hung up on me. I called back and asked for the information on this account and they denied me any information and were still rude to me and said they dont have to give me any information what so ever. This company is purposely trying to ruin my credit. So far I have lost a job and a home loan over this issue.
