I took out personal loan on my 2004 toyata tacoma dbl-cab for $2500.00 on 12/31/07 I defaulted on loan on 06/07/08 truck was towed away and sold on 09/15/08, to pay off the loan I defaulted on. once that had happened I requested a letter of written accounting and sent it as certified letter as it states on the loan contract. It's been almost a year and still havent recived my letter of written accounnting.

My question is how hard is it to type the information on how much they sold my truck. they stated it was under sold and that it was only engough to pay off the loan. if thats the case wheres my letter i requested. are they so busy that they can't type a letter which a customer has requested and not to mention sent it certified mail just like it states in the contract. which is the only way to properly request letter of written accounting.

how is it when a customer breakes a rule on the contract they waset no time claiming you default on your loan and take your vehcile. But how is it when a business doesnt abide to there own contract rules it's okay for them. I personaly feel ethier there not telling the full story here. if thats not this case where my letter? I have a right to how much my truck was sold for or did they forget I paid for first in cash! I want some answer. to this day I still can get a honest answer from these individuals.
