dear sirs, i have received application form from rbs about 1 1/2 months ago,which has no transaction fee and no interest until january 2006,so applied over the phone,representitive told me i was approved up to $25.000 and no transacion fee and no interest until january 2006,so did more than twice,after 2 weeks i called them,i was told,iwasn't approved,i asked why,i was told,that they sent a letter,finally received letter that says,i had to call them,when i called ,i was told,they needed some documets,such as driver licence and proof of residence,
so i sent,after some time,when i called them up,they told me,was approved my limit is $7000.00,there is transaction fee and no interest until november 2005,i was shocked not for limit or time was given,i was shocked for transaction fee,called them up,they refused to waive the charges,they said balance tranfer is done,i have to live with that,plus when i received the statement,besides balance tranfer fee ther was a overlimit fee that i don't deserve,again they refused waive the charges,all i want them to remove the charges, thanks for your help nad support,sincerelly,ahmet
