Mortgage Foreclosure Solutions

About 10 days ago, I looked on the internet to find a way to stop foreclosure on my home. www.mortgageforeclosuresolutions.biz seemed to be the most appealing website. After contact was made via telephone, they promised to stop foreclosure on my property through working with my lender, but required an up-front payment of $1200 to do so. I sent the money, but then became suspicious after a few days of no contact. On 2/29, 5 days after I sent the money, I saw on the FTC's website that Mortgage Foreclosure Solutions was being sued. Haven't reached anyone since. I need the money back!

Still pending....this just happened.

We were already behind on the mortgage. We were in a forbearance plan with Option One. Bill stated that he had to break the forbearance plan for them to help get a loan modification for us, we we could be back on track again.

So since then, it is now December 2007 and we are in a worse situation. I paid these people $1200 to do nothing. Now the mortgage company does not want to work with us.
