Prime Capital

Consumer Complaints & Reviews

I purchased Stock funds through Bob McIntosh in 2000.At the time he worked for Prime Capital. He told me repeatedly that I had to hold those accounts for 5 years to avoid penalties or fees.

Now in 2008 I was going to roll that fund over and found out there is an INDEFINETE 3% back end fee.

When I called him now he basically said, not his responsibility, deal with Prime Capital. According to the fund (Alger) he received his full commission in 2002. He falsly represented information to me about a fund (or ommitted) for his financial gain.

3% of my investment which currently is estimated at $550.00 (what I would lose)

My husband and I used Prime Capital for a loan for our home. After we separated, my husband contacted Denise, the owner of Prime Capital and she provided him with re-financing information. When I found out, I contacted her, assuming she did not know our situation, however, I found out she knew of our separation, and had agreed to work secretly with my at the time husband. The house and loan was under both our names. I found this to be incredibly unethical and immoral. I did not know I could report this until now, as I recently told a friend who recommended I report this.

Unknown, as I found out about the situation in time before Denise Cadwell could do monetary damages.
