Provident extended me $500.00 courtesy pay on my checking account for being a long time customer. So, if I have an overdraft, the courtesy pay will cover it. But, the problem is, everytime I have an overdraft and courtesy pay pay's it, they charge me $23.00 fee. If I'm one cent overdraft, courtesy pay will pay it and charge me $23.00 fee. That do not make sense to me.

We have being a member with the credit union for over 15 years have a Visa card for 10 years This weekend try to use it and it was declined called costumer service and told us to call today I did and they said they closed my card even so we being making Payments on time or pay off balance monthly because we had some credit problems a couple years ago using only one credit bureau that never upgrades info ,and lots things on there are wrong .I have no idea if this is a normal pratice with out giving fair warning
I WAS VERY EMBARESSED WHEN IT WAS DECLINED AND KNOW THAT I HAD AVALIBLE BALANCE
