I visited Howard ** to do a modification in his Davie, Florida office. He stated that no fee will be charged if the modification is not approved. I gave him $500 and I was not approved by my Mortgage company. After making calls to his office and leaving messages with Rene and Linden since 1/5 to 1/16, he has not returned my calls or refunded my $500 I am diabetic and worked very hard for my money and he refused to refund me. Please, please investigate this office. They are ripping off people. They come on the radio station WAVS 1170 AM in Davie, Florida on different programs.
