I applied for a 5000.00 loan last year in December of 2009. I had to send two separate insurance payments because of my credit which totaled the first year of making my payments back on the loan. I submitted a complaint to you all on January of this year and I have not heard from anyone on returning my funds back to me. I still have all my info and the western union receipts. I need someone to contact me on this please. The Florida based company is giving the other companies a bad name by fraud and thievery.

I applied for a loan and was told I was approved but because of my bad credit I had to sent a security payment. I did $1650.00 and then an additional $ 2500.00 and never received my loan and they must have me blocked because the phone is busy all the time. I feel stupid that I let myself get scammed but I was in great need to get through these tough times. I have been unable to make my house payments. My physical stress by having this all happen has been tremendous.
We applied for a $5000.00 personal loan and was approved. The company asked for 850.00 for insurance purposes. We sent the money to them adn then they said the money would be in our account the following business day. They called 2 days later and said they needed and additional 850.00. We told them no that we wanted our money back and they said they would not give us our money back. We have all the paperwork from the place about the loan we was going to get. I have the paper work from where we sent the money and all the individuals names that we spoke to.
