The person at customer service, who tracks the package sucks and have no manners to talk to the customer. Say a complete no and never use Bombino.
My Mother shipped apparel and indian sweets & snacks from India through Bombino Express. I received my shipment and noticed Petrol or Kerosene was leaked on it. There was strong odor of Kerosene. I opened the boxes and clothes smell all kerosene and food taste of kerosene. Not only that all the items seems tempered in-between shipment. All the foods was not eatable. It seems like my packaged was kept next to kerosene or patrol cargo or container and it leaked on my boxes. How can they ship substance like patrol or kerosene with food packages....are they allowed to ship such substance through such channel???? I called NY office to complain and they were very rude and told me to call indian office. I called there and they told to call NY office.
Damage is not that big....probably between $500 to $1000. BUt it raised my eyebrow how did Bombino express managed to get hazardous substance into my food???? I think someone need to look or investigate into the way Bombino run their operations. I have saved boxes and my food just incase.
