I made angment for my son to be bury of oct. 20, 2009. The furneral came there and at the last minute they say we didn't pay for lift at first. then we needed to pay for witness 150.00 dollar. My husband had to leave the service and pay this fee. That was so embasserson I also most lost my mind. I have called numbers of time trying to get the owner name and number and the person Juanita will not give it to me.
