I purchased a mattress and box spring for $169.95 and a desk $99.95, the sales man said he would charge $35.00 for delivery of which I agreed. The subtotal is $304.90+tax $21.34 = total $326.24; is it legal to apply tax to the delivery fee of $35.00. I used my debit card and the sales person wants me to help the driver unload my delivery on 7-27-2010, I think I'm being screwed please help I am disabled.
