I purchased a set of new sofas, after they were delivered I inspected them and found that there were manufacturer defects. The bottom black cover for both sofas were torn and the wooden stands nailed unto the sofa (in place of the legs) caused the wood underneath the sofa to be cracked on both of the sofas. I immediately had the delivery guy take them back.
By the way, while in the store the sales agent told me they do not take returns, but if there are manufacturer defects then they will take returns.
