I purchased the XL queen air mattress. Not only does it leak air daily, it is extraordinarily noisey. I believe the design they call I-Beam construction causes the noise. All night long there is a pop-gun sound every time you move, or even when you don't move. It is so constant, it disrupts sleep. I've contacted the company several times and they've never addressed the noise issue. The leak problem appears to be a non-issue as well. They told me to go through an extensive test with soapy water to find the leak. The economic is several hundred dollars loss. The physical part is a restless nights sleep which causes problems during the day when you work 10 hour days, 6 days a week.

On December 6, 2009, I placed an order with this company for a 2-piece queen size air mattress. When we inflated it, it would not hold air, which left my holiday guests on the floor midway through the night. We continued to inflate as it continued to deflate. I contacted the company for a return, since I was forced to go locally and purchase a second one for my guests, and I was told I could only return it for an exchange, no refunds, but first I needed to go through an extensive search for the leak and was told how to do that. I said that was beyond what I could do and they agreed to send me a replacement if I cut our name and sent a digital photo of the destroyed mattress with the hole I had cut out.
I did that and they sent me another mattress last week. I inflated it yesterday (January 21, 2010) and it immediately deflated. I again inflated it and left the house. Upon my return, it was flat again. I contacted them and was told I was past my 30 days and to find the leak and patch it myself. They would not exchange (which I would never want another one of their products anyway) or they would give me $20 towards another mattress! Please advise me of my rights. I just want the matter solved. I have contacted my credit card company and they are investigating it. This is not a good company to deal with. Thank you very much for your consideration.
