I bought a leather sofaset from Carolina Leather on 5/20/2007. Recently I noticed a lot of tears from the creases that were formed in the leather. The leather carries a 5-year prorated warranty. I had recently sent Peter D in the customer service department some photographs of the damage and I very strongly believe that this has happened because of poor quality of the leather. Mr. D fails to acknowledge that it is a warranty issue and he is assessing it based on the photographs I sent him. He also lied about the warranty it carries. He said it carries a 1-year warranty while I understand that the warranty is 5-year prorated.

The leather sofa set is damaged. The purchase price was $2637.79.
