We filed a claim in April of 09 on our King pillow top Sealy mattress that we bought in 2006. We received no response to the online claim. I thought it didn't go through, so I filed another, online. Still, no response. I called Sealy. They said they received the online claims, but still mailed me a paper claim, which I filled out and mailed with all receipts and warranty info. I received no response. I called back. They told me, they will have an in home inspection set up within 6 weeks. That was 8 weeks ago. What a scam! I'll never buy a Sealy product again! This mattress is like sleeping in a canoe. Both my husband and I wake up with agonizing back, shoulder, and hip pain. The indentations where we sleep, are unbearable. We can't even roll over or out of them. This mattress is a $2,000.00 piece of junk!
