I ordered 4 pieces of furniture of April 12, 2009 that was paid in full. I was told the furniture would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. It has been 4 months since the order was placed and my furniture has yet to be delivered. I was given 4 different delivery dates (all of which I had to take off from work) and nothing was delivered and no contact was made with me to notify me that there would be no delivery. I have been without furniture since the orginal date of delivery because I got rid of my old furniture to make room for the new furniture. Each week is another excuse. I was also told that I could not get a refund because they have a no refund policy. I think I have been pretty reasonable and patient up until now. I am asking for help to resolve this matter.
