I bought a bedroom set 6 months ago. From the very first day I bought it, it broke on me. The first thing that broke was the bed for which they gave me a very hard time to get it fix. I had to spend about $70.00 in wood to fix it myself and be able to sleep on my bed. Then close to a month, a draw broke on me which they also fixed.
Now 6 months later, another draw broke on me. And now they are telling me that in order to get it fix, I have to pay. They sold me this bedroom set as solid wood. Solid wood don't break so easy. I am afraid to even open my draws, because I am scared they will break on me. This bedroom set is not solid wood; it feels like very cheap wood, and I paid $1,000 it.
I am on SSI, and I am disabled. I can't afford to buy another bedroom set. All I want is for them to fix my draw or exchange the bedroom set for another one. I don't want any more problems, and I will not recommend any one to buy any furniture from these people. The ware house number is 914 375 5030, and store number is 718 994 4845.
