I purchased a mattress that I was told was brand new. When it arrived at my home 2 weeks later, it had a stain on it and later on, I found out it was infested with bedbugs. What a nightmare. Do not buy anything at this store. It is owned by a bunch of crooks. When I informed them of the issue I was having, they simply said no returns and kicked me out of their store. I feel like I have been cheated and I will be taking them to court. I lost $400.

Purchased furniture from the establishment on Sunday, August 16, 2009. We were charged $675 and were told the furniture was to be delivered on Tuesday, August 18. The furniture has yet to be delivered, and the company phone number has been disconnected.

When calling their direct cell number, the individual associated with the store kept promising the delivery would reach it's destination in "twenty minutes", alas with it never to arrive. They have constantly lied with regard to the delivery and now they wont answer or return our calls regarding the order. I feel that we have been fraudulently victimized and we will not receive the furniture we have paid for.
