I ordered this trial product to try out and see how it works. It was supposed to only be $4.77, but when I checked my account the next day I was charged $69.99 and $9.54 by CigaCease. Neither of which matched my invoice. I contacted the phone number which is only an answering service and they wanted me to send back the product, which I first didn't receive and then of course it would cost me to send back. Which I tried arguing it wasn't a return issue it was unauthorized charges on my account. They wouldn't help me except that they would send a cancelation request to CigaCease which is still not the answer to my problems. The only other number I got was for their distributor which of course also could not help me get my money back. Multiple emails to their customer service have gone unreturned.

I tried cigacease for a free trial period. I forgot to cancel at the end of trial period. So, i received a shipment for a 1 month supply billed to my credit card $49.99. I called and was told to return package unopened for credit. I sent package back unopened and they received it on July 24,2009. I not only have not received credit was was billed again for $57.48. And did not receive anything, and do not want anything but credit to my account.


I ordered the product with a 15 day trial and canceled before the trial period was up day 13 and was billed anyway.I returned the product as requested and was told I would not be billed by customer service rep Laura. I have called several times and was told my call would be returned, well no one has returned my calls

I was billed $49.99 for a product I returned, because of this my debit card was billed and over drew my checking account. I have not estimated return shipping, cost of calls and the bank is working with me on the over draft. I have filed a claim with Bank of America
