I have the products, they will not take them back and refund me. They said I was given the terms of their contract, but the offer I signed up for is nowhere to be found.

I signed up for a free trial on a pop up screen. I've been continually sent and have been unknowingly paying for membership they said I signed up for.
I was interested in an add that was on my MSN news site. The picture and information sounded as if Dr. OZ and actress Demi Moore were the founders/researchers of a supplement. I asked for what I thought was a "sample" and began to receive the product monthly and my credit card was charged $79.95 monthly.
I contacted the company who only takes calls during the workday and not on weekends to cancel. This I did when I had a non holiday weekday off from work and could call during their work day hours. They will only take back one box not the three others I want to send back. After speaking with the customer service person, Tiara, I asked who owned the company and Dr. Oz nor anyone I have heard of nor was hooked by were mentioned. The owner is Berry Folger or at least that is what the customer service person told me.
This company has scammed me out of nearly $300 and when I was offering to send back all the merchandise was not given that opportunity. I am an elementary school teacher that doesn't make the kind of money to buy supplements that cost $80 a month.
