Consumer Complaints & Reviews

Hello, I am praying that this office can help me in collecting money that a company in Florida fraudulently charged me, and will not issue me or proven that they gave/sent me a refund. The Acai Pills that (are still being advertised) I requested did not work so I returned them, called them and asked for a refund. They continued to bill me 3 times. They charged me $3.95 for the sample I returned, then continue to charge me $87.13 2x's, total $178.21 + 20.24% interest on my credit card without my authorization.
I called repeatedly to have them credit my account. I called and spoke to Mary, Melody, Jimmy, Isaac, and supervisors. They/ he/ she said I would receive the credit on my credit card this was back in December 2009. I never got the credit. When I called back, they keep telling me that they refunded me the money. I asked for proof because I have proof they haven't credited my credit account. I keep calling and they keep lying. Please help!
Each charge was for $87.13 x 20.24% for 15 months comes out to $346.03. I was charged twice so, $346.03 + $346.03 = $692.06 is what they owe me. If I could add all the emotional, physical, time and mental frustration this company and their representative have caused me, I would add $200.00 dollars more. All I am requesting for is a credit for each charge and interest (I have been paying for something I never received) for each transaction, which again I did not approve.
This company has taken advantage of me since my memory has been seriously damaged from my chemo therapy treatments (doctor certification can be provided ). I really need this money, I lost my insurance and I am having overwhelming medical, physical, mental, not to mention money problems. Please I need some one to help me. Thank you for your time.

I ordered samples totaling $6.93 from this company in August and they used my credit card number to add charges for products I never ordered or received. I relocated from Illinois to North Carolina in August, so I don't know if these products were ever delivered to my former address, but I did not receive anything from them in North Carolina.
It's taken months to have someone retrieve my notes and paperwork from storage in Illinois, and to get them to me here, and there is no record of my placing any further orders from this company. Many phone calls have resulted in zero cooperation, re having these charges removed from my visa account, and visa has told my that the timing of these orders is perhaps to late to rectify these discrepancies, even though they have been successful in deleting later charges. This company has used my credit card number without my authorization and I believe that constitutes fraud. Total charges for unordered merchandise is $330.88 and I cannot afford this as I have been out of work for over a year and am currently taking care of my disabled brother.

I ordered a $0.99 trial of a diet supplement that was advertised in an email I received. Soon I began receiving phone calls telling me about the product and saying it would be shipped. I never received the trial product, but noticed a charge on my credit card for $39.95. I called and told them to I only wanted the trial product for $0.99. A couple of days later I received two more charges, one for $79.95 & $74.95. I called again and asked why they were billing me after I told them to cancel any shipments. They said that I had only cancelled one account and that there were two more accounts. I told them to cancel all accounts and got authorization numbers to return the products. I have received only one credit for $39.95. I called again and asked for the refund. They told me I would receive it by Sept 30. No refund. Called again Oct 1 and was told that they had already refunded my account for two items and they would check on the third. I should have never been billed in the first place, but they don't seem to be willing to give my money back.

I did learn from this and would never order a free trial again.

Requested a sample and somehow they are billing me for a subscription which I specifically clicked "no" because I have to trial the product, Resverstrol. Tried to cancel but get a recording with no confirmation and no answering the phone.

This company makes a claim of trying a product for $1.99. They claim they will ship you out the product, and you have two weeks to return it. If you do not receive it in two weeks, they charge you $87.13
Well, after two weeks I was billed $87.13 but NEVER even received the product.
I called them, and they claim it was because I wrote Apartmnt #65 and not Apartment #65.
But I am past the trial period and they claim that I have to be stuck with the product.
Well, a week later they wont even send out the product, and they claim they have not shipped it out yet and claim the same story.
After searching on google, it seems they tell 50% of their clients this, to insure that they sell a bottle of vitamins for $87.13 and make sure at least half of them never come back.
i was one of the unlucky half who never received the product and is down $87.13
Their advertising is completely deceptive and taking advantage of the working society we have in place.

I ordered a free trial of the product Resveratrol. I have not had a chance to try the product so this is not a product complaint but a complaint on how the company handled my customer service call. I called to find out why my bank account was being charged for $87.13. I came to discover that because I did not return the product within 15 days I was now a "member"and would receive a bottle every month and be billed montly. I see how I did not follow up and pay close attention to the terms of service agreement.
I tired to find out why I was being charged a foreign transaction fee from my bank for a company that is supposedly in Florida. They refused to address that issue and then when I asked about a website that was part of the message that they give you while on hold, she also refused to address that issue and kept repeating their site. When I asked to speak with a supervisor she insisted I would receive the same answer and at that time she decided to terminate the call.
I did some research on the company FWM Laboratories and found numerous complaints and bad ratings from the BBB. I am out $87.13 plus 2 foreign transaction fees. I received a cancellation number from the customer service agent and hope that I do not get any more charges although many others have complained that even thought they canceled they were still being charged.

My 8 year old had subcribed to these diet pills online and had used my bank card as a form of payment. When i noticed the charges to my account i had called and cancelled and requested a refund being that the purchase was illegal and unauthorized, they said they had shipped out the product already so to return it and they will refund me back my money. this all happened in late january and early feburary i am still waiting for my refund. i am on my phone now for 30 minutes on hold for a supervisor! i have a confirmation# 403331 which was surposed to be for my refund and i am still waiting for a total amount of $93.52.
an illegal charge to my bank card by a minor!!

I orderes a product, it was not to my standards, I then cancelled the account ,numerous time, and I am still being sent and billed for their products, I have called and talked to these people at least 10 to 15 times to get this straightened out and to no end .
I am retired and disabled, and the cost of sending back these products, and the time waiting for them to refund is causing me not to be able to pay my personal bills

I never ordered the product they sent me. They would not refund my account and told me that the 14 day trial offer expired but I only receved the wrong product March 30. I originally ordered Rez-Max but they sent me Acai Berry pills. I ordered this around March 9, 2009. I never received the product. They told me my 14 day trial offer expired and that I would not be getting a refund. I never ordered Acai Berry. Thats my point.

I ordered oline a sample 2/14/2009, never recieved and no contact info to call....later my credit card was charged on 1/30 and 2/15 for 40 dollars each time, I called them on 2/23 and was on hold for 45mins and then i called on a cell and someone picked up after 10mins and both told me that i had o pay cause it was shipped...never listening to me when i said i never recieved it...
charged for merchandise i never recieved

I subscribed for the free 15 day trial. They mailed the product on Jan 12th I received it on the 16th and on the 25th billed me for 87.13. I have called several times and always get someone who speaks very broken English. I feel I never had the product to try for the 15 days before being billed. I was told that someone in the refund dept. would contact me via e-mail, I have yet to hear from anyone.

I ordered a free sample from the internet of their product. I was only to pay the shipping. On 01-05-09 I noticed 2 withdrawls from my checking account for $87.13. I called multiple times until I finally was able to get a person on the phone. I cancelled everything and requested a refund. They advised me that a refund would take 7 days. On 1-16 I was charged $87.13 AGAIN!! I never received any product.
I called AGAIN! There phone number is sometimes a fax machine, sometimes not in service or you get put on hold forever. I spoke with them again and they told me that they issued a refund. I did receive one credit of $87.13 but NEVER was credited for the $174.26. This company is criminal and should be stopped
