I ordered two items via their online website, on October 3, 2011. I have not received my order, after requesting their assistance in tracking the order, and they have not responded. Seven weeks have passed, and still no reply. I have never talked to a real person, and after I paid them my hard earned cash, I want some reply, or my money back. I would like to get a refund for the items I paid for, and did not receive. Also, post a complaint on the internet about their poor customer service.

I purchased goods from HerbalRemedies.com, on the website **. I bought goods worth about $170.75 since 5 April 2011. They never sent me my goods. I sent them e-mail after e-mails and they replied only 3 times saying my goods will be available at a certain date, etc., but nothing ever happened. So after all the e-mails and complaints I sent in, I eventually asked for the order to be cancelled on 09 June 2011 (mind you, after 2 months); and I have sent them e-mail after email. It is now 19 July 2011 and they haven't refunded my money back. They keep ignoring my e-mails.

I want my money back. It's a lot of money being wasted, that I could have used to pay off my bills. I don't think these people want to give me back my money. If you see the amount of e-mails I have sent them, it is sick that an online company can treat a first-time customer like that. They are thieves and they are not to be trusted. They take weeks to even answer an e-mail; and the answer is always the same - your refund will be in 2 to 3 business days, etc. Yet, no refund.

I placed an order with HerbalRemedies.com for several skin care products made by Burt's Bees. One item was a Garden Tomato Toner 8 fl oz. When I received my order they send me a bar of soap instead of the toner. So I emailed the company to inform them and to ask how to exchange the product.

A week went by without a response. I tried many times to call their phone number. First I chose the option to inquire about current orders, I was on hold for 15 min with no answer. Then I tried pressing '0' for an operator. Again I was on hold for 15 min with no answer. Then I tried pressing the option to place an order. This time I was transferred to a voice mail box.

So I left a message asking them to please call me and I never received a response. Basically, I now have paid money for a product I cannot use. And since the company refuses to respond to me, I am stuck with this soap instead of the toner I really needed.
