I was charged 79.99 for AGERENUE, I NEVER ordered this product, I never recieved this product and when I tried to call the customer service reps, I first spoke with Jennifer, I don't know how this person ever got a job as a customer service rep, but she was the ruddest person I ever spoke with on the phone. She did not want to hear what I had to say and she said to call my bank and fill a dispute with MY bank about the charge.
I then asked to speak with a supervisor, and there was not one available. She said to call back. I then called today 12/2/09 and talked to KIM he was the lead rep, once again there was no supervisor available. He did not hear what I was saying, he basicly said I ordered this product and there was nothing I could do, he was also very rude, he had a heavy accent. He also told me to call my bank, so now I have to call my bank they will cancel my card, I have to wait 10 days for my card to arrive and I am being punished.
This company is the worse with the customer service and NO ONE should ever order this product. They are only out to get your money and does not want to hear anything has to say. Very upsetting I am out 79.99 and no one can help.
