I ordered 1 bottle of Acai Pure and 1 bottle of Colopure that said it was free other than the price of shipping, which I gave my debit card number for. When I received bottles I read on the packing list (with a magnifying glass) that if I didn't cancel my "membership" that I would be shipped more each month, so I canceled my membership. I was later charged $59.95 per bottle. When I called they said that they weren't free..it was a free trial and if I didn't return them within 10 days I would be charged for them.

after viewing ad on msn.com for white teeth touted by a person from San Antonio ordered 2 products Celebrity Smile and Purely White. My mistake was not reading the terms on Celebrity Smile web site-"you will be charged the discounted price of 59.95 approximately fourteen days after your initial trial shipment."
only seeing it on the packing List when recieved product I tried product for 9 days (Shipped 10/8 rcvd 10/10) cld co on 13/21 to cancel and was informed the product had been shipped this am and my debit card charged. Advised them not 14 days but said they go by the order date when I called 10/7 so they can do nothing and now I have to wait to recieve product then return then wait for refund who knows how long.
Because i thought was calling on 13th day my bank acct was debited an amount I was not budgeted for and will now cause and overdraft with a 25.00 penalty. I tied the product to the limit I thought was my trial period and because the company did not state date of order but stated after your initial trial SHIPMENT I will now be charged with overdraft fees. They need to be more exact in wording in the terms. My lesson has been learned the hard way hope you can help other prevent the same mistake.
