This company actually operates out of two places. That is how they got us. The other address is ** *** Miami, FL 33138. Originally, my husband signed up for the "free" sample. They then was sent the shipments at over $80 four separate times. The full amount with shipping and handling was well over $300. We called multiple times, sent back product but still received shipments and debits from our account for three more months. We were never credited for product sent back no matter the number of phone calls we placed. This is such a scam! We have lost $380 plus bank charges of $87. The stress of never knowing if another charge would throw us in the "hole" again was ridiculous.

For $1.95 I ordered Acai berry and $1.95 for Pure cleanse. I ordered for 30-day trial period. What they don't tell you is they send the second order out right after and charge $79.98 immediately. When you try to cancel and get refund, they say it's too late. I want to know where the 30-day trial money back guarantee was. I would love to be in on any bad suit filed. Really, I am amazed that they say Oprah, ABC, CBS, and so on recommend them. Do they think Americans are stupid? Or do they just think with economy bad they can get rich quick at our expense? Item does not work. Save yourselves.

I sent off for a free 30 day trial, plus shipping and handling. I put in my debit card information to cover shipping,$2.95. It charged to my account upon shipment. Then several weeks later I was billed over $80.00 to my checking account with out my knowledge or consent. I was given no notice, by e-mail or standard mail. As a result of this charge, my checking account went into overdraft causing insufficient funds charges to be accessed on three transactions.

I had ordered this product online along with another product called Avesil. It had a 14-day trial period to cancel. I had cancelled the product within 14-days in order to keep from being charged the full price and return the merchandise back to them according to their invoice. I had paid for a shipping label of $7.05. Well the e-mail that they had sent me said that I had 10 days to print this label.
On Oct 31, 2009 I was charge with a price of $79.95 that came out of my bank account. I had used my bank card in the beginning for the trial. When I had called and spoke with Andy from customer service, he words to me was that I didn't received the merchandise within 10 days according tto the terms and conditions. I have looked at the terms and conditioned and printed it and see no where in there where it states that you have to have the merchandise back to them in 10 days. He refuse to give me my full amount of money.
I explain to him that I had the Swine flu and even if it was to be returned then I couldn't have gotten out to send it. His reply, to me was that I should have gotten a relative or neighbor to mail it for me. He did reimburse me back $20.00 but I think that I should receive all my money back being the fact of the matter I was sick and it didn't state that in their terms and conditions.
If you check out this website you can see for yourself. I am just wondering how many individual they have ripped off with this same scheme. i want to know if there is a way that I can bring a civil suit against them for not having information into their terms and conditions as they reply it is.
The consequences that resulted from this was that I had to take out a loan to pay my rent. If I had not gotten that loan, I would have been served court papers for an eviction out of my place. Also, this company doesn't recognize the fact that I was ill and could not be around another individual. It upset me deeply that they did not care if I was dead or not as long as they got their money even though I had cancelled the continuation of other products and the one they had sent on trial.

It was extremely expensive, they were rude when I tried to straighten it out. And, the cleanse did not work at all, that is why I cancelled it. I would like to know if how many of thes companies are related and claim that you called the wrong company when they are in fact the same company.
