I never ordered Lifeberry but was charge $49.95 on my credit card. I was not living in IL where the product was supposedly sent in August 2009. I cannot locate this company for an address or phone number.

I ordered a diet/cleansing product from LifeBerry. It was suppose to be free with S&H. I did not recieve the product, but was charged $86.42 from my account on 9-21-09. Called them 3 times, each time stating they would put the money back in my account, but they have not.
I returned a product and cannot get the company to refund my money. They refunded two other products but have refused to refund this one. Isent the products in one package. I had RMA numbers. I have sent a certified return letter Sep 24, but have not received confirmation that it has been signed for. I have spoken to three separate operators. They charged me for two trial samples and I never received them. I'm out 39.95 + shipping and handling and now I'm out the return. All with nothing to show.
