I ordered a "Sun Ancon Oxygen Exerciser" over the phone in May. I received the product on May 25.
I called to see how to return the item for a refund, I was not happy with it. I was only then told that the product must be returned within 14 days to obtain 100% refund. There was nothing in writing on the invoice explaining how to return or how long you had to do so. I spoke with the supervisor, who was very rude.
He told me I would not receive any other response from them and that he had nothing else to say to me. He would not give me his boss' name so I could speak with someone further up the corporate ladder.
I will only recive 80% on my purchase & I have to pay the postage for returning the item. It is VERY heavy and is costly to do so.
I believe if the company has good faith in it's product they should stand behind it 100%
