A service man was sent to evaluate a treadmill that needed repair. I gave him a check for $490 to cover the cost of the repair and the needed parts on 8/5/09. I was told the treadmill would be repaired within 3 weeks. I have not heard from the company. I called in September and was told they were waiting for a part to come in and it would be ready in 2 weeks. When I did not hear anything, I called again and left voice mail and e-mail messages. For the last 3 weeks, I have gotten a message that says the voice mail message box is full.

It has been 3 months since I contracted with them, and I am unable to reach them now. I am concerned that they have gone out of business and that I have lost the $490 I gave them.
