I purchased my Pioneer TV from Plasma House about 4 years ago. I asked Plasma House if they were a Pioneer dealer, they stated yes. After about 6 months, I started having problem with my TV. I contacted Pioneer because the TV came with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty, if from a dealer. I also bought a 3 year extended warranty from Plasma House. I called them more then 25 times and kept getting the run around. I asked them to please refund my money at least for the extended warranty. They never did. I am very unhappy customer.

Vendor shipped damaged product and has refused to accept return or replace. The following is documented with supporting documentation: On June 30, 2008, I placed an order via the internet for a Sony 40? LCD television with PlasmaHouse.com. The order shipped from PlasmaHouse.com on July 8th, 2008. The product was received on July 10, 2008. (I paid for a UPS delivery as their normal method of shipping is to drop ship street side.) The box containing the television was undamaged. The box was unpacked on July 12, 2008 and a scratch was noticed on the screen. The vendor was immediately notified via voice message with both voice mail and e-mail follow-up over the next few days. The vendor did not respond to these repeated attempts to contact for information on their return / replacement policy. After a reasonable amount of time I disputed the charge with American Express.
Toward the end of July, I received a call from a PlasmaHouse customer support representative concerning the matter. He indicated that Sony would ship out a replacement in the next two business days. He also indicated that he would follow up in the next two business days with an update. I received no follow up call. That was the one, only and last interaction with a human from PlasmaHouse.com concerning this matter. PlasmaHouse claims that I agreed to their terms and conditions via a check box on the order form and that by signing for the TV that I agreed that the product was undamaged (note that there is no signature for the delivery). I did not agree to these terms and conditions (I did not check the box) and PlasmaHouse cannot produce documentation that I did agree to the terms and conditions. I continue to dispute the charge via AMEX but they too are getting nowhere with PlasmaHouse. I am seeking a reasonable resolution as I have from day one, either replacement of the damaged TV or return the television for a full refund.

Plasmahouse took an advance payment from me and never shipped the goodS, almost $4000 dollars blatently stolen, and for well over a month, on the odd occation we get someone to answer the phone, the only response we have is they have to investigate fedex. No proof of shipment, fedex no nothing about it, and we have confirmation that it never was shipped. We are currently seeking legal action BLATANT AND OUTRIGHT THEFT!!!!!!!!
we had to get product from a local supplier, and are seeking legal options against Plasmahouse.

2 weeks ago i placed an order for a tv from plasma house.com on line. i get an e-mail saying the order cant be processed without a phone call they will be calling me after about a week they finally call all the call was for was have a salesman try and sell me a warranty and other sevices i didnt need so after all of that he says ok we will process your order but it will take 7 days to process and up to 21 days for delivery by the way they their warehouse is in new jersey and the delivery is in new york not a long distance but i guess because i would not pay for fast shipping it takes that long.so i wait then comes an e-mail there is a problem we cant ship your order please contact us after 2 days of phone calls to a full mailbox and no response from many e-mails i would like to cancell my order but i cant get in touch with plasma house at all. any help would be great
now i have to find a tv from another place and start all over. plasma house wasted my time i have alresdy notified the credit card company i used to ignor any billing from plasma house.com as i have cancelled the order

I found this website through the consumers report page for " Plasma House." They seem to have good reviews. I ordered a Sony 50 inch HDTV with 3-5 day delivery, for an extra 50 dollars. That was on 2/17/06.
I have attempted to contact them and can not get anyone to talk to me.They don't answer emails and when you get through to customer service they never get back to the call. Hold times are in excess of 1 hour. In more than one case they simply hung up on me after a while.
They have taken the $2250.00 out of my account, when the deal was I was suppose to be charged upon delivery. I was given a tracking number with shipping. They have no record of my order. Could you please let me know what I should do at this point, I feel very worried that my money is going to be stolen. I simply want my money back I have no faith that my set will ever be delivered. I cant find one authentic review that ends in the delivery of the item.

I live in Turkey and I ordered plasma T.V from Plasma House. My colleagues was going to U.S and they would be staying for 3 days.I've sent 2445,97 USD to Plasma House with bank transfer on 12/14/2004 and they told me they need extra 75 USD for 2 day air-shipping and they charged it from my credit card. But as they promised they didn't send my order immediately and my colleagues left U.S. So, I told them to cancel my order and send my money back. But they didn't.
