I called best buys in mays landing for a tv repair. They told me to call 800 geek-squad which I did and and was somehow connected to rescuecom. I sceduled repair tech to come to my home to repair tv,thought i was still dealing with bestbuy,paid 329.50 on a credit card and was told if tech could fix tv in less than 45 min that would be the only charge parts included.more than 45 min it would be 580.
Tech shows up next day on time pluged tv in and indicater light shows set needs new lamp.tech Eric then tells me the $329 was only to diagnose problem that repair would be additional $500 for labor and another $100 dollars to get bulb plus $350 for the bulb(part on web site is $200.)I dont know who these people are bestbuys has no record of my phone call im out $329.50 and my tv was not fixed.I asked for refund was told we already have your credit card no refund.rescuecoms paperwork says minimum diagnostic charge is $190.I dont know how i got switched from bestbuy but this surely seems like a scam and would like to have my $329.50 back.I dont even think they are authorized mitubishi tv repair center.Pease help thank you
