Stereo city has denied me a refund for a service that was never performed. I've been told that the stereo kit items purchased will be in the next following day. These lies have continued for one week. I was told the only way to get back my stolen money was to talk to the store owner. Every attempt has been made to call and physically ask for the store owner.
The store workers falsely lie in saying that the store owner cannot be contacted. I have reported this fraud to my bank and a reverse transaction of $260.00 will be credited to my account in about 30 days. Two weeks later: When the Better Business Bureau wrote a letter to stereo city, they finally decided to refund my money just before my bank made a transaction.
Stereo city was very upset that I told the Better Business Bureau and my bank. I was harassed with extreme foul vulgar language when I received a refund. When swiping my dept card for the refund the owner had the audacity to ask me if I could call the Better Business Bureau to tell them everything was settled. denied me a refund of $260.00 for a service that was never performed. Unnecessary time and money was wasted to get a refund.
