I needed an exterminator in the house I just moved into and I had used this company several years earlier for a flea and tick problem in another home,with great results.I called and spoke with Louis and he told me it would cost $250.00 to come out spray my house and yard,and that the work would be guaranteed for one year.Louis came to my house sprayed the house and a co-worker,Manny spray the outside of the house.I was told that this should take care of my problems,and if I should have any problems to just call and they would come back out and respray.At that time I had no doubts that I would not need to call them from the great job they did for me prior.Well I had the house sprayed as a prevented measure,I did not have more than one or two bugs here or there.

However,after that day my bug problem became worse.I am now facing a major problem with bugs in my bathrooms,kitchen,and other parts of my house.I have made numerous calls and left messages and have had no response.All I wanted was for them to respray and live up to their guarantee.I am so disappointed in this company and their service I would like my money back or have them respray.I paid them in cash and I have just gone back to work after being laid off for six weeks.I cannot afford to pay another company to come at this time.
