I needed an exterminator in the house I just moved into and I had used this company several years earlier for a flea and tick problem in another home with great results. I called and spoke with Louis and he told me it would cost $250.00 to come out and spray my house and yard and that the work would be guaranteed for one year. Louis came to my house and sprayed the house; a co-worker, Manny, sprayed the outside of the house. I was told that this should take care of my problems and if I should have any problems, just call and they would come back out and re-spray. At that time, I had no doubts that I would not need to call them from the great job they did for me prior.
Well, I had the house sprayed as a prevented measure. I did not have more than one or two bugs here or there. However, after that day my bug problem became worse. I am now facing a major problem with bugs in my bathrooms, kitchen, and other parts of my house. I have made numerous calls and left messages and have had no response. All I wanted was for them to re-spray and live up to their guarantee. I am so disappointed in this company and their service. I would like my money back or have them re-spray. I paid them in cash and I have just gone back to work after being laid off for six weeks. I cannot afford to pay another company to come at this time. If there is any way that my family and I could get some help, it would help out a lot. Thank you for your time and consideration.
