on may,2008 I digned a contract with advantage heating and a/c to installcentral a/c in mt cape cod rental home.It has recently come to my attention,that only the upstairs has any a/c.Our contract clearly states both levels.I have sent a 93A letter to this company,and it's owner,but sean o refuses to pick up or sign for the certified letter.
