Called them to fix my air. After several attempts, one guy quitting on the job, and even the owner coming out, it's still not working. These guys are a bunch of unprofessional, unknowledgable **. GO BACK TO HVAC SCHOOL!!!!!!!
Consumer Complaints & Reviews

Contractor Leo D. was called in by Tony G. to continue installing, preparing and putting the system in operation (this unit is a brand new unit purchased on October 1, 2009. this unit has never been used. step #1 - Leo proceed to replace a brand new thermostat and then diagnose that it needed more pure-on gas in the A/C system, and still no success of the new unit working. Than he had told me that the unit needed more pure-on gas for it to work right. he went and came back one hour later with the second new pure-on tank. he than proceeded to pump in more pure-on gas.
thirty minutes later, he came down from the roof with "bad news". While he had pumped the whole tank of pure-on into the a/c unit, he heard squiking sound coming from the compressor due to overfill of pure-on gas into the system. At this point he had realized that this A/C unit is a free-on unit, and not a pure-on unit. At this point and by his own admission, the damage is non-reversible and the unit needs to be replaced, otherwise this unit will never work the way its suppose to.
I Have spent $3,950.09 on this brand new a/c unit purchased on October 1, 2009 and I have spent another $ 1,000.00 spoiled goods in the mini market such as chocolate and candy and other item due to the fact that the a/c unit is not working (as of now a/c unit is still not working)
